26 Jun Choco-Coco Rawnola
- ½ cup pitted dates (100g) Palmyra Cooking
- ½ cup oats (55g)
- ½ cup buckwheat (80g)
- 1 tbsps cocoa powder (10g)
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (5g)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until the desired consistency (Don’t blend too much or it will make a dough)
Store in a jar in your fridge and use as a topping for your nicecream or smoothies. Or simply eat it with plantbased milk like your favourite cereals!
