Matcha-Cranberry Bliss Balls
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup buckwheat
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it makes a dough consistency.
Roll the balls in your hands and cover them in desiccated coconut, matcha or whatever you want!
