Plum Sorbet


Serves 6 / 15 minutes preparation time


  • 500g ripe plums
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 6-8 tbsp date sugar (adjust according to taste)


  1. Squeeze the lemon. Wash and cut the plums in halves.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a uniform mixture. Place the bowl in the fridge until cool.
  3. Prepare the sorbet according to the indications of your ice cream maker or pour the mixture into ice cream molds if you don’t have an ice cream maker.
